Welcome!
I’m Felipe. I am a motivated data scientist in the field of plant protection, challenged by the task of asking the right questions to data. I recently started a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Valencian Institute for Agricultural Research (IVIA), where my research is currently focusing on applying the latest computational biology strategies to analyze genomic and ecological data to understand plant pathogens that threaten key crops in Spain and the Mediterrean Basin. Additionally, I am dedicated to developing reproducible workflows that can translate complex datasets into practical insights or applications for plant health.
